We designed a cohort-based upskilling program for Microsoft engineers—aligned with agile workflows and hosted in Azure DevOps. The work blended technical depth with real-world relevance across multiple engineering roles.
Upskilling across disciplines to support agile transformation.
WorldWide Learning at Microsoft launched an internal upskilling initiative to support its transition to feature teams—cross-functional groups that deliver integrated value within agile frameworks. The learners were experienced professionals, including distinguished engineers and technical leads, navigating a shift in how they collaborated and delivered.
I managed timelines, design workflows, and cross-functional coordination while leading a team of instructional designers to build modular content for cohort-based learning. I created a reusable template system, partnered with Microsoft stakeholders to align learning goals with engineering culture, and supported delivery through Azure DevOps to embed skilling directly into team workflows.
